Flash Player Installation  
 

You must have Flash Player 9.0.45 or later installed to use AncestryPress.

NOTE: When you click on the "Download Flash Player" link below you will be taken to a new page with detailed flash download instructions. Please follow those instructions very carefully (you may need to scroll down to see all the instructions).

Once you click on the "Download Flash Player" link and the new page opens, you will need to close all your other browser windows (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) per the detailed instructions.

NOTE: If you experience any problems installing the Adobe Flash Player, please try the following steps one at a time:

1) Uninstall your old Flash Player by clicking on the link for your operating system below. Then click on the link above to reinstall the Flash Player while making sure to close your other browser windows per the instructions on the Flash download page.

2) Set your browser security settings to "Medium-high" or lower (Internet Explorer only).
